Non stick aluminum castables are ultra-low cement castables developed for the aluminum and alloy industry. They are mainly made of silicon carbide, fused alumina, and bauxite, and are prepared with other additives in a reasonable ratio.
It has the characteristics of strong integrity, high strength, corrosion resistance, anti peeling, anti permeability, good thermal stability, non aluminum and non slag adhesion.
Non stick aluminum castables can be applied to aluminum melting furnaces, parts of the furnace that come into contact with aluminum liquid, aluminum liquid insulation furnaces, aluminum liquid lifting bags, and other parts that come into contact with aluminum liquid. Especially suitable for integral casting of insulation furnaces in front of casting machines and lining of high-purity aluminum melting equipment.
